Meet us at Manifest House for Soul Care Club, an hour community care circle that offers a confidential, brave space for members to take off the armor, process, and heal together. 

We'll start by connecting to the present moment through a guided meditation and then dive into the topic of the day, guided by Angelee Lopez (she/hers), certified meditation guide & the founder of Manifest House. We'll explore the theme using intentional journaling and end with an opportunity for participants to share and bear witness to each other's experiences. We’ll feel into the narratives we need to release and show gratitude to ourselves and each other. Bring a journal and an open heart. Ready to dive deep, reflect, and release?
