Soul Care Club at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for Soul Care Club, a 90-min community care circle that offers a confidential, brave space for members to take off the armor, process, and heal together. 

We'll start by connecting to the present moment through a guided meditation and then dive into the topic of the day, guided by Angelee Lopez (she/hers), certified meditation guide & the founder of Manifest House. We'll explore the theme using intentional journaling and end with an opportunity for participants to share and bear witness to each other's experiences. We’ll feel into the narratives we need to release and show gratitude to ourselves and each other. Bring a journal and an open heart. Ready to dive deep, reflect, and release?

What You'll Need: 

• Your Journey Home journal (or any other journal)
• Water
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

About Your Instructor:

Angelee Lopez is a meditation guide, wellness educator, and the founder of Manifest House™, an online wellbeing studio offering in-person and live-stream healing events, workplace wellness, and a membership community centered on BIPOC women. Inspired by her own self-healing journey, Angelee launched Manifest House in 2020 and has helped hundreds of women come back home to themselves by deepening their connection to self, community, nature, and their ancestral wisdom within. Angelee has led well-being workshops, talks, and employee wellness initiatives for companies like Robinhood, Spotify, Starbucks, Tia, Affirm and more. In addition to being a soul-led entrepreneur, Angelee is also a medicine woman and ceremonialist. Her work is informed by the earth-based, indigenous wisdom of Mesoamerica, the high Andes, and the Amazon jungle. She hosts regular in-person ceremonies with cacao in the Phoenix area. Through her work, she connects deeply with her own ancestors who cultivated cacao in Venezuela.
