About the Event

Meet us at the House for Work to Live: Embodying Radical Rest. We are delighted to have Michelle Goodloe, licensed clinical social worker and therapist, at Manifest House to facilitate a community care discussion on how you can practically break away from toxic hustle culture. We’ll discuss creating boundaries, realistic self-care strategies for busy people, how to create an identity outside of work, and more. Attendees will have an opportunity to submit a question for Michelle at checkout.

This community class is an optional donation-based (pay what you can) 45 minute gathering. Free spots are available and everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to donate. All proceeds from this event go towards our facilitator and the Manifest House scholarship fund.

What You'll Need:

  • Your favorite journal if you'd like to take notes
  • Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, cystals, candles, incense, etc).
