Somatics isn’t just a healing modality, it’s a bridge to wholeness and moving towards what you most care about by being in relationship with your body and working with the inherent wisdom the body holds. Join Manifest House for Wisdom of the Body: an Introduction to Somatic Healing Workshop, a 90-minute workshop that will dive into the what, why, and hows of somatic healing and move into embodied practice to orient, ground, and center the self in sensing and feeling. We're honored to have Marisela Rosales (she/her),  holistic psychotherapist, somatic coach, and reiki master, lead us through this exploration of practices accessible to all bodies and abilities.
