About the Event

We are born with multiple gifts, and yet, we live, breathe and work in a world that values a singular career path/passion/focus. We are pushed to perform and climb the ladder in order to secure promotions and LinkedIn endorsements...because we choose to accept that story of success as the only story of success. What if we allowed ourselves the possibility of another story? What if we listened to that tiny voice within that beckons us to explore a new career path, skill, project...or even a new life? What if we chose to cultivate our unique gifts, from our ability to disrupt and innovate old systems to monetizing our creative pursuits?

Meet us at Manifest House for Unlocking Your Multiple Gifts: A Workshop on Locating, Owning, and Trusting Your Original Ideas and Offerings. We are delighted to have Jenn Pamela Chowdhury (she/her), Founder of In Full Bloom Coaching, guide us through a 60min experiential workshop where we'll learn to accept our multiple gifts/skills/talents and align with our purpose and personal mission.

We will dismantle old ideas of who we are supposed to be and release shame and fear, in order to make space for powerful creative selves.  A guided meditation, shared community practice and creative exercise will be offered. Get ready to tap into opportunities that bring us joy and abundance!

This community class is donation-based (pay what you can). Free spots are available and everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to donate. All proceeds from this event go towards our facilitator and the Manifest House scholarship fund, which provides fully-funded memberships to those in our community needing support.

What You'll Need:

  • A  comfortable, cozy place to lie down with minimal distractions
  • Journal & pen
  • Wear light, comfy clothing
  • Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc)
  • Avoid having a full meal 1 -2 hours before

About Your Guide:

Jenn Pamela Chowdhury (she/her) is a personal development and leadership coach, and founder of In Full Bloom Coaching. Through her 12 week 1:1 private coaching program, professional development workshops and community events, she helps Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) and immigrant women of color leaders and communities who are deeply exhausted from systemic oppression at the workplace and within their own lives break free from shame, guilt and fear so they can step into their power, light, and brilliance.

Over the past year, she's helped 150+ clients find their own authentic voices; learn to embrace change and find safety within their bodies; alchemize their anger, shame and resentment into sources of wisdom; listen and honor their deepest desires; launch new initiatives, careers, projects and much more.

Her tools and teachings have led to new career paths; powerful conversations with managers, family members, and peers; the activation of personal healing journeys; creative projects; the release of deeply held old stories and limiting beliefs and more.

She synthesizes best practices in anti-oppression work, embodied leadership, and holistic healing through storytelling to execute uniquely powerful spaces. Jenn has led workshops for social impact organizations, companies and academic institutions, including NYU’s Alumni Entrepreneurship Network and the University of Michigan.

A certified meditation practitioner and Reiki Level II practitioner, Jenn writes and speaks regularly about the human spirit, healing, embodied leadership, immigration, mental health, social justice, poetry and other topics for Medium and her work has been featured in Thrive Global, Barnard Magazine, in the American Medical Association Journal of Ethics and at social impact organizations around the world. She loves storytelling and has performed for The Moth and written and performed monologues with artist collectives, including the Aseemkala Initiative and Yoni ki Raat, on topics such as mental health, social justice and immigration at the Bowery Poetry Club and other venues.
