About the Event
Are poor boundaries keeping you feeling stuck or disempowered? Meet us at the House for an evening to reclaim what we need to feel our best. We are delighted to have Erinne Brown, Well-Being Coach, lead a 90 minute virtual workshop on a topic that takes even more precedence around the holidays: setting boundaries. The holidays may look different this year, but during this time we still tend to encounter scenarios that push us into silence rather than boldly standing for what we need -- from others and from ourselves.Â
We’ll ground ourselves in exploring a definition of boundaries that is rooted in love. We’ll learn the subconscious reasons why we struggle to set boundaries or sabotage our best efforts to do so. Then we’ll get in touch with the power and life experiences we have access to once strong boundaries are in place.
Erinne will guide you through a process of saying YES to yourself and setting the boundaries needed to support you.Â
What You'll Need:Â
- Your favorite journal/pen
- Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, cystals, candles, incense, etc).Â

Through her one-on-one and group coaching programs, she helps her clients design a lifestyle of abundant well-being and fulfillment without sacrificing the parts of their lives that matter most.Â
