About the Event
Meet us at Manifest House for a 60 min Supportive Herbs for Winter workshop with Taylor Huntley (she/hers), Community Herbalist and founder of Mama Mangos Care, a line of hand-crafted herbal goods for the body and soul.
In this gathering, we'll discuss and learn how to make homemade cough syrup, herbal honey, and a tea blend that will help our bodies thrive this Winter. You'll be provided with a recipe and ingredient list in the confirmation email - feel free to bring the ingredients to the workshop and follow along with Taylor as she makes them live!
What You'll Need:
- Optional: the ingredients listed in the confirmation email
- Your favorite journal if you'd like to take notes
- Headphones recommended
- Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).
