About the Event

Meet us at Manifest House for a 60 min workshop with Taylor Huntley, Community Herbalist and Mama Mangos Care, a line of hand-crafted herbal goods for the body and soul.

Imposter syndrome and algorithms are draining our creativity - we have to make sure we are replenishing ourselves. In this gathering, we'll discuss supportive herbs ( such as herbs for your nervous system, brain functionality, and restful sleep) and how they can be incorporated into your daily life. You'll learn to create sustainable herbal practices that are supportive of your self-care.

What You'll Need:

  • Your favorite journal if you'd like to take notes
  • Headphones recommended
  • Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

Become a Manifest House member and attend this workshop and every other event for free! Memberships start at just $29/month, sign-up here.
