Sound Healing Meditation at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for a 30 min sound healing meditation with Charisma (she/hers). We'll start with a grounding meditation and then melt into the restorative vibrations we'll receive from crystal singing bowls. Feel free to even tune in to this meditative sound bath from your bed and if you fall asleep, that's wonderful. Allow yourself to simply receive and be in deep relaxation with the restorative vibrations.

What You'll Need: 

• Comfortable place to sit or lay down
• Headphones recommended!
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

About Your Instructor:

Charisma (she/her) is an urban planner, Akashic Records reader, and facilitates sound healing. For her, the Akashic Records are soul-speak and the vibrations and sounds we create/receive in life are meditative. She loves these healing modalities because they are forms of vibrational energy and ways for people to move with and honor themselves. She has a deep appreciation for community and community spaces and is in love with learning about her ancestors, culture, and Nepal. She has and continues to receive lots of introspective guidance and love through her work with the Akashic Records and singing bowls and is so grateful to share them.
