About the Event
Meet us at Manifest House for Soul Care Club, our monthly community care circle that offers a confidential, safe space for members to take off the armor, process, and heal together. We'll start by connecting to the present moment through a grounding guided meditation and then dive into the topic of the day: Embodying Our Truest Self. Angelee (our founder) will guide the journey through reflecting on our personal experience utilizing intentional journaling and end with an opportunity for participants to share and bear witness to eachother's experiences.We’ll feel into the narratives we need to release and show gratitude to ourselves and each other. Bring a journal and open heart. Ready to dive deep, reflect, and release?
