About the Event
Meet us at Manifest House for a free Shamanic Meditation and Breathwork experience. With Francesca Valarezo as your guide, you'll be led through a brief breathwork and shamanic journey (meditation) and learn how to respectfully cleanse your energy using tools available to you. There is no experience required and everyone is welcome.
We'll share a taste of what to expect in the upcoming Shamanek Course happening this summer, and -- a special bonus will be given only to those who attend (if you aren't able to make it live, still RSVP and you'll receive the bonus).
