Shamanic Journey & Breathwork at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for a 45-min Shamanic Journey & Breathwork gathering guided by Francesca Valarezo (she/hers). Take a journey into your 'Self' and experience the power of shamanic meditation paired with breathwork.

Shamanic Journeying is a form of meditation that uses your imagination to help you connect to your subconscious mind and to your heart energy. Paired with breathwork, both healing practices offer great insight and can cause miracles when done together.  This class is beginner-friendly, no experience with shamanism is required. All levels welcome!

This community class is donation-based (pay what you can). Free spots are available and everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to donate. All proceeds from this event go towards our facilitator and the Manifest House scholarship fund, which provides fully-funded memberships to those in our community needing support.

What You'll Need:

• Quiet and comfortable place to lay down like a mat, towel, or blanket
• Pillow to place under your knees
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).
• Headphones recommended 

About Your Instructor:

Francesca Valarezo (she/hers) is a New York City based Yoga and Meditation teacher and a master Shamanic Reiki practitioner. Her ability to play at the intersection of yoga, spirituality and self-care creates the perfect environment for transformation and inspiration. Francesca teaches a broad array of yoga styles including vinyasa flow yoga, slow flow, therapeutic yoga, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. She is certified to teach at Yoga Vida, Pure Yoga, the Integral Yoga Institute Thai Massage level I, Sky Ting yoga Advanced Teacher Training and the Lagree method. Francesca is recognized for creating innovative and unique community based wellness experiences and for her commitment to giving back. She leads Shamanic Reiki circles and co-leads restorative yoga, aromatherapy and acupuncture workshops at her home studio Sky Ting Yoga. Francesca is the perfect combination of hardcore and soft heart. She is where yoga, wellness and spirituality merge to create change and to find harmony from the inside. Practicing with Francesca will lead your mind, body and spirit to places beyond your expectations.
