Reiki-Infused Sound Bath Meditation at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for a 30-minute Reiki-Infused Meditation Circle to de-stress, relax and unwind! This class is designed to help promote clear thinking as we re-set and re-charge with the assistance of Reiki and Sound Therapy. Starting with a short guided meditation tailored to help you ground, Cristina will be using the drum, rattle, tuning forks, sound bowls to help you release any low vibrational energy you have accumulated through everyday stressors. **Because Reiki transcends time and space, everyone attending will highly benefit from this beautiful healing energy no matter where they are.

What You'll Need: 

• A comfortable place to lay
• Mat or blanket
• Pillow
• Headphones recommended
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

What is Reiki & Sound Therapy and how does it help?

Reiki is a gentle form of healing that originated in Japan in the late 1800's by Reiki Master Mikao Usui. Involving the transfer of universal energy from the palms of the practitioner to the patient, Reiki helps relieve pain, anxiety, depression, and assists in removing energetic blockages. Sound healing has been used for thousands of years to help heal ailments. Today, we use sound to help do the same, while taking others on a deep journey within. Sound therapy helps bring one to a state of harmony by balancing one physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, helping one reach deep meditative states, with the help of a variety of instruments such as the crystal sound bowls.

About Your Instructor:

Originally from Mexico, Cristina Aragon is an Intuitive-Reiki Practitioner and Sound healer, based in Los Angeles, California. At an early age, Cristina was exposed to Curanderismo and witnessed many healing ceremonies performed on her loved ones. In awe of the spiritual richness that runs in her culture, Cristina began integrating natural remedies into her life, which later made space for her healing journey to take place. Upon walking into what seemed like a world filled with magic, she soon realized that this "magical world" offered many opportunities and outlets for growth, and encouraged her to heal. Passionate over being of service to the world, Cristina’s goal is to spread light while encouraging others to become aware of their own healing abilities. From a place of love and compassion, she holds space for those who are ready and open to healing themselves.

Cristina enjoys incorporating sacred instruments, whistles, and her flute, Willow, in her healing sessions to help bring beautiful healing energies to those she encounters. Her deep connection to the Earth encourages her to make way for her creativity to come forward through her sacred bone crafting and natural creations.
