Meet us at Manifest House for Protect Your Energy: Empowered Boundaries. We are delighted to welcome Claudia Parada (she/hers), Holistic Life Coach & Energy Worker, to Manifest House to lead us through a 90-minute interactive and hands-on workshop to help boldly empower you to create your vision with clarity and set clear boundaries while being kind and compassionate to yourself and others.
What does setting boundaries entail? A boundary is the distance of connection I can be with you while still holding true to myself. Instead of looking at a boundary as a deficit, let’s frame it as an invitation to know yourself and an invitation for others to know you as well. We can love and celebrate our boundaries with one another by acknowledging and saying “ I see you!”
