Meet us at Manifest House for a 60min intention-setting session with Angelee Lopez (she/hers), our founder and certified meditation teacher, that will leave you feeling refreshed and connected to your mind, body, and spirit. With the New Moon in Scorpio as our guide, we'll cultivate space for growth and self-love while setting meaningful intentions to support us throughout November. 

What You'll Need: 

• A comfortable, quiet place
• Your Journey Home journal (or any other journal)
• Headphones recommended
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a plant baby, cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

About Your Host:

After building a successful early career in Supply Chain Management, Angelee (she/hers) realized she was living her life on autopilot. She had career success yet was completely burnt out, anxious, and unfulfilled. After experiencing a period of serious depression, she decided to begin therapy. This was life-changing for her, as she had put it off for so many years due to the stigma that often exists in the Latinx and other communities of color. Therapy was the catalyst for her self-healing journey. It led Angelee to dive deep into practicing gratitude, yoga, and meditation and helped her find her way back to her authentic self. In 2020 Angelee felt her community was deeply hurting, so she took the leap and created Manifest House, a space she felt was missing in the broader wellness industry. She’s now incredibly passionate about mental health, self-care, representation and inclusivity in wellness, and building authentic communities. Creating Manifest House has been a dream come true, and she feels lucky to share this space of healing with those who need it.
