About the Event

Meet us at Manifest House for a community care discussion on Navigating My Mental Health During the Holidays. Our mental health has been collectively impacted due to the pandemic, racial unrest, climate change, among other social factors. In addition, an uptick in mental health challenges during the holiday season may lead one to feel a sense of mental and emotional overwhelm. We are delighted to have licensed marriage and family therapist, speaker, and consultant, Dr. Christine Coleman, PhD, LMFT join us to support attendees in exploring the various emotional responses they may experience during the holidays.

Dr. Coleman will provide a safe processing space for attendees to reflect on what they're holding internally and will provide practical and empowering tools to elicit such as healthy boundary setting, positive affirmations, and a unique approach to personalize your self-care plan.

This community class is donation-based (pay what you can). Free spots are available and everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to donate. All proceeds from this event go towards the Manifest House scholarship fund, which provides fully-funded memberships to those in our community needing support.

What You'll Need:

  • Comfortable and quiet place
  • Your favorite journal if you'd like to take notes
  • Headphones recommended
  • Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

Become a Manifest House member and attend this class and every other event for free! Memberships start at just $29/month, sign-up here.
