Meet us at Manifest House for a journey back home to self through a guided We are delighted to have Angelee Andorfer-Lopez (she/hers), founder of Manifest House and certified meditation guide, lead us through a 30-minute morning/midday class to cultivate awareness, calm, and inner peace. The session includes a guided meditation and walkthrough of intention-setting prompts for the day. This class is perfect for all levels of meditators, especially beginners! Morning Ritual.
