About the Event

Living mindfully isn’t always easy. Meet us at Manifest House for Mindful Meditation & Writing with Jungjin Moon. This class offers a gentle reset through guided meditation and reflective writing. We’ll begin with a short meditation to settle into the present moment, followed by journaling centered on a specific quality of mindfulness. Through writing, you’ll explore how each quality shapes your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of awareness that you can carry with you into everyday life.


What You'll Need: 

  • A quiet space where you feel comfortable to meditate

  • Your favorite journal and a pen

  • Headphones recommended

  • Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).
