Meet us at the House for a 30-minute Meditation for Releasing Perfectionism, where we will explore what it might feel like to give ourselves permission to follow our dreams while doing it so wrong, so random, and so imperfect. We are delighted to have Brittany Pollard, trauma-informed meditation guide and founder of Wildest Dreams LLC, lead you through a practice of breaking up with perfectionism, so you can tap into the power of your uniqueness and embrace your destiny.
What You'll Need:
- Comfortable place to sit or lay down
- Mat or blanket
- Headphones recommended
- Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

Brittany Pollard is a certified wellness practitioner, trauma informed meditation guide, and the founder of Our Wildest Dreams LLC. She facilitates healing spaces for people to rest and dream through meditation, storytelling, and nervous system regulation. Brittany believes that resting and dreaming help us reclaim our time, nurture our body, and strengthen our inner wisdom.
