Meet us at Manifest House for a journey back home to self through a guided Meditation for Meeting Your Soul's Essence. We are delighted to have Angelee Lopez (she/hers), founder of Manifest House and certified meditation guide, lead us through a 45-minute class to connect with your true identity and core Self.
What You'll Need:
Quiet and comfortable place to sit or lay down
Headphones recommended
A pillow to place under your head and/or knees
Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).
