Meditation Circle at Manifest House

Feeling overwhelmed or searching for a moment of stillness and peace?  Meet us at Manifest House to experience healing as you connect with your soul through a guided energy healing meditation.  We are delighted to have Mary Ann Stancel, Intuitive Energy Healer and founder of Ignited Soul, lead us through a 30-minute class to help you open up, receive, and experience a way to get out of your head and into your heart space.  This is your time to feel the most connected to yourself, release and let go what doesn't serve you, and live in your truth.

What You'll Need: 

• Comfortable place to sit or lay down
• Mat or blanket
• Headphones recommended
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

About Your Instructor:

Mary Ann Stancel is a Nurse turned Intuitive Energy Healer, who has a passion to help others connect with themselves so they can be able to release the past, present or blocks, to be able to live in their authentic truth freely. She believes over time emotions and energies get built up in our body that create blockages for energy to fully flow in our bodies or chakras.  When this happens stress, anxiety, body ailments, low self-worth or "negative talk" or insomnia, for example, can be over exacerbated and your mind, body, soul starts to slow down.  Using modalities of reiki, earth energy, crystals, sound, guided meditation, breathing, and movement, she helps you to loosen the hold the blockages have on you.  By loosening the hold, the love of universe is able to flow at an exponential rate, and is providing healing to your entire being.  This in turn strengthens your connection to your inner power and self, further aligning you to your purpose to live in your authentic truth.
