Meet us at Manifest House for Meditation Circle with Maria G. Villarreal (she/hers). This 30 minute guided class is perfect for all-levels and will support you in finding calm and ease.
What You'll Need:
Comfortable place to practice such as your bed or your yoga mat
Headphones recommended
Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).
