About the Event

Meet us at Manifest House for Meditation Circle -- an evening to unwind and reconnect back to your essence through guided meditation. We are delighted to have Liza Colpa (she/her), certified yoga & meditation teacher, guide us through a 30-minute class meant to help you align yourself with your intuition, your Dharma or life's purpose, and your power.

What You'll Need:

  • Comfortable place to sit or lay down
  • Your favorite journal
  • Headphones recommended
  • Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

About Your Guide:

Liza Colpa is a passionate and playful 500-ERYT and YACEP Yoga Alliance certified teacher. Over a decade ago she found, and fell in love with the practice of yoga when she was an overachieving teenager who was weighed down by internal pressure, past wounds, and anxiety. She later received her certification from Bearfoot Yoga in her hometown of Bayshore, New York. Her background, lineage, and style of teaching stem from Integral Yoga and Dharma Mittra and Briohny Smyth. She is also certified in Prenatal Yoga, Adaptive Gentle, and Chair Yoga as well as yoga for Eating Disorder Awareness. She is also currently in her 200HR-Meditation Teacher Training with Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine. She has been lucky enough to travel and teach in South America and the Caribbean as well. Liza has not just seen how much yoga has helped her grow as an individual, but she truly believes it has helped her heal past trauma and manifest a happier and healthier life. Her goals are to help students deepen their practice on and off the yoga mat by challenging the student at their individual level and intertwining themes of yoga philosophy with a dynamic and calming Hatha/Vinyasa practice, using yoga lifestyle and philosophy, meditation techniques, and positive affirmations. Whether it be through creating online content, holding space for the class, 1 on 1 mentoring, sound bath healing, or running workshops, she hopes that she can help plant the seeds within students, so that they too can cultivate a happier and healthier life they deserve.
