Meet us at Manifest House for a 30 minute guided meditation led by Purple Liera that will leave you feeling connected, refreshed, and at peace.
What You'll Need:
- Comfortable place to sit or lay down
- Mat or blanket
- Headphones recommended
- Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

About Your Instructor:
Alex Purple Liera is an educator, activist, community organizer, and healer. She is the founder of the WOC Sister Collective. The collective offers a wide variety of WOC focused events, circles, and workshops that educate, motivate, and empower womxn in our community.
