Drawing from indigenous earth-based traditions, you'll learn to apply the philosophy of microdosing mushrooms for grief work — taking small, conscious steps through endings to transform every loss into an opportunity for setting higher standards in your life.

Through guided practices, partner sharing, and ceremonial space, we'll work with the "little deaths" you're currently experiencing— whether it's outgrowing old versions of yourself, releasing relationships that no longer serve, or letting go of dreams that have completed their purpose.
