Meet us at Manifest House at Kiln for Waves of Renewal: Sunset Soundbath, an immersive in-person sound bath for the Fall Equinox designed to help you cultivate calm clarity. We’re honored to welcome sound healer Natalie Orozco-Moxley, your guide for this 60-minute sound journey created to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and re-centered.
In this experience, you'll be guided through calming soundscapes using crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments — no experience needed! Research shows that sound baths can reduce stress, improve focus, enhance creativity, and support a calm nervous system.
