Meet us at Manifest House at Kiln for Harmony Within, an immersive in-person sound bath designed to help you ground, release, and restore. We’re honored to welcome sound healer Dubraskha Arrivillaga, your guide for this 45-minute sound journey created to refresh and recharge your mind, body, and spirit.
We’ll begin with a gentle meditation and breathwork practice to help release the stress of the day, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath featuring the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more.
