Meet us at Manifest House at Kiln for Earth as The Altar: a Restorative Sound Bath for Renewal. This immersive 45-minute in-person sound journey is designed to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and re-centered in honor of Earth Day.
We’re delighted to welcome sound healer Natalie Orozco-Moxley, who will be guiding you through calming soundscapes using crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments — no experience needed! Research shows that sound baths can reduce stress, improve focus, enhance creativity, and support a calm nervous system.
