Meet us at Manifest House at Kiln for Back to Center: Meditation for Renewal, a grounding in-person experience to help you slow down, turn inward, and return to presence through meditation. We’re honored to welcome meditation guide Angelee Lopez, who will lead you through this 30-minute journey to help you reconnect with yourself and renew your inner clarity.
Together, we’ll drop into a guided meditation to release stress and come home to the present moment. Whether you're transitioning out of your workday or simply seeking a midweek reset, you’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and restored.
