Meet us at Manifest House at Kiln for Afternoon Ease, an immersive in-person sound bath designed to help you cultivate calm clarity. We’re honored to welcome sound healer Natalie Orozco-Moxley, your guide for this 45-minute sound journey created to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and re-centered.
In this experience, you'll be guided through calming soundscapes using crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments — no experience needed! Research shows that sound baths can reduce stress, improve focus, enhance creativity, and support a calm nervous system. Step away from the noise of the day and return to work with renewed focus and clarity.
