Inner Voice: Intuitive Journaling with the Cards at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for a 45-minute Inner Voice: Intuitive Journaling with the Cards session, where your intuition will be given permission to guide you. We are honored to have Jungjin Moon (she/her) guide us through a grounding meditation and then prepare three cards to intuitively select. After you decide between 1, 2, and 3, Jungjin will reveal each card and its corresponding journal prompt. Through meditation and writing, we will drop inwards and listen to the wisdom of our inner voice.

What You'll Need: 

• Note: Cards are not needed; the facilitator will be pulling from her deck
• Quiet and comfortable place to write
• Your favorite journal and a pen
• Headphones recommended
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc). 

About Your Instructor:

Jungjin Moon is a meditation guide and course creator. Her journey as a guide began after relieving her chronic anxiety with the medicine of meditation. Jungjin’s offerings intend to share this medicine and inspire a deeper connection to the self. Her guided meditations and online course, ‘Yin-Yang Elemental Wisdom for Anxiety Relief’ are available on Insight Timer. She also guides virtual classes, events, and corporate workshops. Transmuting her past experiences as an English teacher and Strategy Planner, Jungjin holds safe, grounding spaces for intentional practices of self-connection.
