Meet us at Manifest House for Herbal Class. In this class Melanie will share herbal wisdom and how you can work with herbs in alignment with the seasonal energy.
Late winter is a common time for lingering symptoms from seasonal colds, including congestion, swollen glands, fatigue, and heaviness in the body. In this class, we’ll explore the role of the lymphatic system in immune recovery and how lymphagogues — herbs that stimulate lymph movement — can support clearing stagnation and restoring flow as we prepare for spring.
