Each month, we will highlight one herb bestie and chat about its individual properties, unique benefits, and how you can incorporate it into your wellness routine. Our playful approach to herbalism makes this workshop perfect for anyone who wants to learn more about plants in a supportive environment.

What You'll Need:

• Your favorite journal if you'd like to take notes
• Headphones recommended
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

Taylor is a multi-hyphenate creative with a passion for community care. She is a birthworker, spiritualist and the herbalist behind Mama Mangos Care- a line of hand-crafted herbal goods for the body and soul.
