About the Event
Meet us at Manifest House for Meditation Circle: Beneath the Surface as the Sun enters Scorpio and invites us to explore the depths within. Together, we’ll drop beneath the surface through a guided meditation and then flow into guided journaling to release what we have outgrown and uncover the wisdom, mystery, and resilience that lives inside us.
What You'll Need:
A comfortable and quiet place to meditate
Your favorite journal if you'd like to take notes
Headphones recommended
Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).
