Meet us at Manifest House for a journey back home to self through a . We are delighted to have Angelee Lopez (she/hers), founder of Manifest House, medicine woman, and certified meditation guide, lead us through a 45-minute guided class to calm the nervous system and create an environment for receiving clarity, insights, and downloads. In this shamanic journey (experienced similarly to a guided meditation) Angelee will play the native drum to help guide you into your subconscious mind for healing, restoration, and empowerment.Full Moon Shamanic Journey

Quiet and comfortable place to sit or lay down
Headphones recommended
A pillow to place under your head and/or knees
Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).
