Full Moon Meditation at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for a  journey back home to self through Full Moon Guided Meditation. We are delighted to have Angelee Lopez (she/hers), founder of Manifest House and certified meditation guide, lead us through a 45-minute guided class to cultivate awareness, calm, and inner peace. This class is perfect for all levels of meditators, especially beginners! 

What You'll Need: 

• Quiet and comfortable place to sit or lay down
• Headphones recommended
• A pillow to place under your head and/or knees
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc). 

About Your Instructor:

Angelee Lopez is a certified meditation guide, journal author, wellness educator, and the founder of Manifest House™, a virtual wellbeing space rooted in community that helps BIPOC women and allies care for all aspects of themselves unapologetically. Inspired by her own self-healing journey, Angelee has helped hundreds of women come back home to themselves through deepening their connection to self, community, and nature. She is incredibly passionate about mental health, representation and inclusivity in wellness, and building authentic communities. Creating Manifest House has been a dream come true, and she feels honored to share this space of healing with those who need it. Angelee is excited to be building out a wellness retreat space in Phoenix, Arizona.
