Meet us at Manifest House for a Equinox Embrace: A Creative Art Journaling Experience. We are delighted to have Nataly Quintero (she/hers), Mindfulness Artist, guide us through a 90-minute soulful journey of meditation and creative expression as we celebrate Spring Equinox. You'll be guided in a serene meditation to reconnect you with the energy of renewal and balance. You'll then immerse yourself in the joy of creative art journaling, where we'll welcome the season through colors, shapes, and words.
