Empowered: Poetry & Reiki at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for Empowered: Poetry & Reiki, a community gathering where we will focus on coming home to ourselves through Poetry, Guided Meditation, Reiki Healing, and Breathwork. 

We are delighted to have Nicole Blu (she/hers), Reiki Master Practitioner, Intuitive Spiritual Coach, Multidimensional Artist, and Author, guiding us through this 60min experience where we'll tune into our energy centers and find empowerment through multiple modalities, including poetry and writing.

This community class is donation-based (pay what you can). Free spots are available and everyone is welcome, regardless of their ability to donate. All proceeds from this event go towards our facilitator and the Manifest House scholarship fund, which provides fully-funded memberships to those in our community needing support.

What You'll Need:

• A quiet place to tune in with minimal distractions
• Your favorite journal & pen
• Water or tea
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cozy blanket, crystals, candles, incense, etc)

About Your Guide: 

One of Nicole Blu Yianacopolus purposes as a channel is to help inspire others to heal personal and generational trauma by sharing how she healed my life! Her intention is to help people heal and deal! She is a Reiki Master Practitioner, Intuitive Spiritual Coach, Certified yoga/meditation/ breathwork teacher— Multidimensional Artist, and Author. She recently wrote a book called: Trauma Thriver! As an MC, Poet, Actor, and Speaker with Twenty plus years of experience as a professional in the entertainment business, she brings a wealth of wisdom and powerful life skills to every client. She graduated from Survivor to Thriver. It is her honor to share her medicine, lessons, healing and magic with the world. She has been training in Sacred Ancient wisdom for over 20 years—studying with Native American Chiefs, psychics, sages, priestesses, shamans, and healers. She has done the work and remains a student for life—as she owns the seat of a teacher! As a Queer Black woman, she feels the responsibility to activate herself and help others to access this power and claim our divine birthright as powerful thriving creators! AHO- ASE’ And So it is!
