By fusing the power of form and freedom of Afro-Modern-Hip Hop + Conscious Dance, you will enter an intentional movement journey that guides you into an embodied release. Set to a get in your bones soundtrack of Afro-Beats, Electronica, House, Hip Hop, World Music and Ambient music—this workshop will activate your energy with a dance affirmation, SOL VIDA™️ Divine Booty Shaking moves and free form exploration to inspire you to release your mind, have fun and get free.
