EFT Tapping at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for a 30-minute EFT Tapping! This is a short yet impactful session led by Artist, EFT Practioner, and Energy Hygienist, Bianca Wilson, who will guide you through a session of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as Tapping, to clear stuck energy from the body that might be causing procrastination, fear, anxiety and distraction.

For those of you unfamiliar with EFT, we’ll do a quick review of the tool and how it works, and then we’ll tap together to move you into the right direction of more flow, inspiration and ease.

What You'll Need: 

• A comfortable place to tune in from 
• A journal and something to write with 
• Water
• Headphones recommended
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

About Your Instructor:

Bianca Gabrielle Wilson is an Artist, EFT Practitioner and Energy Hygienist located in occupied Tongva Territory otherwise known as Los Angeles. On an individual level her work supports Highly Sensitive BIPOC professionals in clearing, protecting and managing their energy while building a more creative life. On a collective level she creates experiences for highly sensitives to tune into the wisdom of their bodies, fine tune their intuition and create deeper relationships with the unseen realms. As a 6+ year trained EFT Practitioner she is currently in the process of clinical certification. She was also one of the handful of recipients for Maryam Hasnaa's Etheric Gardening 2023 Scholarship. Outside of her work as a healer and guide, she is an actor, avid surfer and enjoys reading, hiking and making art in community.
