About the Event
Meet us at Manifest House for a 30-minute EFT for Clearing Creative Blocks! This is a short yet impactful session led by Artist, EFT Practioner, and Energy Hygienist, Bianca Wilson, who guide you through a session of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as Tapping, to clear stuck energy from the body that might be causing procrastination, fear, anxiety and distraction around your creative flow, work or projects.
For those of you unfamiliar with EFT, we’ll do a quick review of the tool and how it works, you’ll choose a particular area of life where you are feeling creatively blocked and we’ll tap together to move you into the right direction of more flow, inspiration and ease.
