Daily Ritual at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for a  journey back home to self through a guided Daily Ritual. We are delighted to have Liz Andolong (she/hers), founder of Manifest House and certified meditation guide, lead us through a 30-minute class to cultivate awareness, calm, and inner peace. Daily Ritual sessions feature different modalities each time, including guided meditation, movement, journaling, and walkthrough of intention-setting prompts for the day. This class is perfect for all levels of meditators, especially beginners! 

What You'll Need: 

• Quiet and comfortable place to tune in
• Headphones recommended
• Your With Intention member ritual journal, or any other journal you love
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

About Your Instructor:

Liz Andolong is a healing arts practitioner, facilitator, and intuitive educator who is passionate about holding spaces for folks to do less and feel more. It is within this “sacred pause” that she believes folks are able to truly tap into the limitless healing power accessible within every body through body centered experiences like nervous system regulation, energy work, subtle body exploration, somatic emotional release, awareness practices, and guided visualization. A certified Usui Reiki Master, E-RYT200, and former teacher-in-residence at the Esalen Institute, Liz guides you from the outside in, in hopes you discover the infinite ways our bodies are our greatest teachers.
