Join Local Nomad and Manifest House for an intimate evening to Cultivate your Inner Fire and harness the gifts of the New Moon in Leo. We’ll start with a relaxing sound bath meditation led by Jeaneatte Bosak, Harmonic Sound Guide, to help us ground and bring awareness from the mind and into the body. After the meditation, experience a guided journaling and intention setting session by Angelee Lopez, Founder of Manifest House, that will allow us to tap into our unique self-expression and creativity. Angelee Lopez is the founder of Manifest House, a virtual wellbeing space rooted in community that helps women, especially those of color, care for all aspects of themselves unapologetically. About Your Host, Jeanette Bosak:

Being an Arizona native, Jeanette Bosak enjoys all the outdoor activities the Sonoran Desert has to offer. Her meditation and yoga path began in 2010 when she was visiting Sedona, Arizona and studying Psychology & Eastern Philosophy. She fell in love with the natural meditative environment in AZ and began hiking and traveling to different areas in the state.  Earning her 200hr Yoga Certification from Urban Yoga, and a BFA in Painting from ASU, she combines the benefits of both movement and art creation to help individuals channel their creative explorations. Jeanette also holds her 32 hour Sound Practitioner certification to facilitate sessions with various meditative instruments to promote emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
