Creative Flow: Art Night for Self-Love at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for Creative Flow: Art Night for Self-Love, a space to explore our creativity through different art activities inspired by our theme of the month. August’s theme is Visibility, an invitation to recognize that we are worthy of being seen in our greatness, with our many gifts to be shared. In this month’s art class, we will create self-portraits as an act of self-love, celebrating the unique beauty and essence we offer to the world.

All are welcome here; no skill or artistic experience required. We’ll supply the music and good vibes to get us in the creative flow. Sharing optional at the end of class!

What You'll Need: 

• A comfortable place to create
• Mirror 
• Pencil and eraser
• A few sheets of paper 
• Optional: any additional art tools you’d like to use such as watercolor paints, colored pencil, markers, etc.
• Headphones recommended
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

About Your Guide:

Jessica Knight (she/her) is an Arizona-based artist with a passion for discovering the stories that guide us, through engaging with worlds subtle and unseen. She has been studying this practice since 2012. Jessica’s sharing style finds its roots in both magic and grounded reality; she believes in using these tools to cultivate healthy curiosity, self-awareness, and empowered choice-making through all The Great Mystery presents us with on our personal and collective journeys.
