Meet us at Manifest House for Herbal Class with Melanie. In this class Melanie will share herbal wisdom and how you can work with herbs in alignment with the seasonal energy.

A quiet place to tune in with minimal distractions
Your favorite journal & pen to take notes
Water or tea
Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cozy blanket, crystals, candles, incense, etc)
