Summer is a powerful season that encourages us to embrace the fullness of life, amplify our inner light, and seek harmony with the rhythms of the Earth and the cosmos. Join Manifest House for an Astrological Self-Care for Summer Workshop, a 90-minute session designed to help you align with the astrological magic of this season. We're honored to have Astrology-Informed Wellness Guide, Tiffany Leonardo (she/her) guide us through the astrological forecast of the summer, paired with self-care tips to nourish your vitality. You'll walk away with practical tools to support your wellbeing practice all summer long. This workshop is beginner friendly and open to all levels of experience with astrology.  

Can't make it live? Not to worry -- a recording of this workshop will be provided to those who RSVP.

What You'll Need: 

• Your astrological birth chart (you can pull this for free at chart.chaninicholas.com)
• A quiet place to tune in with minimal distractions
• Headphones recommended
• Your favorite journal and something to write with
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cozy blanket, crystals, candles, incense, etc)

About Your Facilitator:

This Latina is all about commUNITY; it’s what sparked her wellness journey! Tiffany Leonardo's 14-year career as an Operating Room Educator gave her the optimal environment to validate the stress management tools from her numerous wellness trainings. She left healthcare in 2021 to focus her life's work on practical implementation of regenerative and preventative wellbeing practices. Some of the most rewarding Employee Wellbeing experiences include EarthJustice, Cedars Sinai Medical Centers, Rare Beauty, SoFi Stadium, Jay Shetty, KINRGY and many more clients. As a quintessential Gemini, when she’s not sharing the science of wellbeing with her Workplace Wellness clients, she’s focused on the spirituality of wellbeing leading Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath Meditation through the lens of Astrology. Regardless of the environment, her intention is to empower people to be their fullest selves through strengthening their relationship to their mind, body and spirit.
