Somatic Centering at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for Somatic Centering, a 30-min class guided by Namiko Uno (she/they), a certified somatic coach, teacher, and bodyworker. Center is not just an idea, it is a place in the body that we can return to again and again. When we practice returning to this place, we are able to experience more of ourselves and more choice amidst pressure. Join us for an embodied practice of centering, feeling, and healing together. All bodies and abilities are welcome. A journal is recommended.

What You'll Need: 

• A comfortable place to tune in
• Your favorite journal
• Headphones recommended
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).

Namiko Uno (she/they) is a certified somatic coach, teacher, and bodyworker currently living on Ohlone land (Oakland, Ca). She works at the intersections of embodied change, social justice, joy, and trauma healing.
