Mindful Vinyasa Flow at Manifest House

About the Event
Meet us at Manifest House for a vinyasa style practice with Iza (she/hers) that focuses on mindful movement while cultivating space, physically and mentally. We’ll begin by taking our time to ease into the body and release tension throughout. Then we’ll flow through a series of postures allowing the breath to guide us. This flow offers time to rest, reassure, and retry various postures. It’s a perfect way to begin to find the connection of the body to the mind.
What You'll Need:
- Mat or towel to practice on
- No other props are necessary but if you have blocks, books, boxes, or the sort they can come in handy
- Headphones recommended
- Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, cystals, candles, incense, etc).
About Your Instructor:
Iza (eye-zuh) is a Seattle based yoga instructor with a passion for learning, everything and anything! As a yoga instructor, she is dedicated to cultivating an environment that feels safe for others to explore the connection of mind to body while setting and exploring new boundaries, on and off the mat. Through nature and yoga Iza finds it easier to explore her inner self and realign herself with her values and hopes to share this with others.
