About the Event
Meet us at Manifest House for a journey back home to self through a Guided Meditation. We are delighted to have Angelee Lopez (she/hers), founder of Manifest House and certified meditation guide, lead us through a 45-minute guided class to celebrate your growth and identify blocks that you need to release under today's full moon in Capricorn.
What You'll Need:
A comfortable and quiet place to meditate
Your favorite journal if you'd like to take notes
Headphones recommended
Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).
