Meet us at Manifest House for Journaling & Sound: Mindful Reflection, a 45-min gathering with Anea Michelle (she/hers), Yoga and Sound Practitioner. 


Join us for a 45-minute class combining the soothing power of a sound bath with reflective journaling time. Begin with a calming sound bath to relax your nervous system and open your mind, followed by guided journaling prompts to explore your thoughts, set intentions, or simply connect with yourself. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and aligned. Perfect for all levels of journaling and mindfulness practice.


What You'll Need:

  • A quiet place to tune in with minimal distractions

  • Headphones recommended

  • Your favorite journal & pen if you'd like to journal afterwards
